If you want to understand the radiator, you must first understand the relevant theoretical knowledge of the radiator. For example, how does it perform heat dissipation? The radiator uses the difference in the specific heat capacity of different materials to conduct heat conduction and derive the heat from the heat dissipation target. It is the radiator. Of course, the heat sink uses a larger heat dissipation area and a heat transfer medium to reduce the heat further after the heat is exported. It requires a complete heat dissipation system for heat conduction work.

But the radiator is not a highly versatile device. Different instruments have different heating conditions and heat dissipation requirements, and the more high-end instruments have stricter temperature requirements. In this case, we recommend that customers choose the service of a customized cold plate cooling system. Our designers will design according to customers’ specific needs to ensure that the instrument receives a full range of temperature control. Avoid losses such as fusing and breakdown of the circuit board caused by overheating of the equipment.

The radiator is just an auxiliary module of the electronic device, and it has nothing to do with the device’s performance. But if there is no radiator, the electronic equipment will not work correctly. The radiator is a straightforward thing, and its performance is reflected in the rate of heat conduction and the effect of temperature control.
